Sizing guide
Collars & Cuffs
For collars & cuffs Our measurements are the circumference around the neck/wrist/ankle, minimum & maximum adjustable size.
The easiest way to check for fit is by using a dressmaker's tape. If you don't have one, any piece of tape or ribbon can be wrapped around the neck/wrist/ankle, and its length can be measured with a ruler. It’s usually a good idea to add a cm or two for comfort.
Yokes & Stocks
When selecting yokes, stocks, or any items featuring solid openings, we provide the minimum diameter of the opening. Most holes are roughtly circular unless stated otherwise.
To achieve the best fit, measure the widest part of the neck, wrist, or ankle that needs to be accommodated. If the equipment will be used by multiple individuals, opting for a slightly larger size is advisable. This approach allows for the easy addition of cuffs or ropes to adjust an opening that may be too large. Conversely, a hole that is too small could lead to discomfort or pose safety risks. Choosing wisely ensures a comfortable and safe experience for everyone involved.
Spreaders & other bars
These are always specified as the length of the wooden part of the bar. If rings are fitted these will protrude 2cm (19mm bar) & 2.5cm (25mm bar) each.
