We have a no-quibble returns policy. If you’d like to return your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may do so at your own expense for a full refund, less postage and packing costs. Please request a returns number via the contact page before sending any items back.

Custom Items

When we create custom items, we collaborate closely with the buyer to ensure their complete satisfaction before dispatching the item. These custom items are typically exempt from the usual return policy. However, if the item is unused and we determine it to be resellable, a refund may still be possible.
